These terms govern your use of Lindy - the meeting assistant that turns your calls into tracked, prioritized tasks. Please read them carefully; by creating an account you agree to everything below.
By creating a Lindy account, connecting a calendar or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Lindy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Lindy reads the meetings you connect - calendar events, recordings and transcripts - and drafts tasks, due dates and pre-meeting briefs on your board. Drafts are suggestions: you stay responsible for reviewing, editing and acting on them. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you sign up.
The Free plan covers up to 30 meetings a month at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Max) unlock higher limits and additional features, and may include a free trial.
You agree not to misuse Lindy. In particular, you will not:
Your meetings, tasks and briefs are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them so we can provide the service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your content at any time.
Lindy, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service while your account is active.
Lindy is provided "as is". Because tasks and briefs are AI-generated drafts, we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free, and you should review them before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, your right to use Lindy stops, though sections meant to survive (such as data, liability and IP) continue to apply.
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. If a change is material we will let you know in-app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Lindy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
